1. Reservations are requests

Submitting the form on this website creates a reservation request. It becomes a confirmed booking only after our team contacts you and confirms availability. Until then no seat is guaranteed and no money is due.

2. Payment

We do not collect payments online. The price shown per person is confirmed with your booking and is settled directly with FS Tourist — in our office, at the terminal or on board, depending on the service. Prices are per person unless stated otherwise and include only what is listed under "What's included" on the tour page.

3. What a tour includes

Each tour page lists whether transport and a licensed guide are included, the places visited, and the services that are excluded. Multi-stop tours follow the published order of locations; timings at each stop are indicative and may shift with traffic, weather or border queues.

4. Changes and cancellations by you

• Tell us as early as possible; changes are handled by phone or email.
• Cancellations made well before departure are free of charge unless a non-refundable third-party cost (hotel, ferry, event ticket) has already been paid on your behalf.
• No-shows at the meeting point cannot be refunded, and the vehicle cannot wait beyond the published departure time.

5. Changes and cancellations by us

We may adjust an itinerary, vehicle or departure time for safety, weather, road closures or insufficient participants. If we cancel a departure entirely, you may move to another date or receive a full refund of anything you paid us.

6. Travel documents and border crossings

You are responsible for carrying a valid passport or ID and any visa required for the countries on the route. FS Tourist cannot refund a journey missed because of missing or invalid documents, or because of a decision taken by border authorities.

7. Luggage and conduct

One suitcase and one piece of hand luggage per traveller are included on our transport; extra or oversized luggage depends on space and may carry a fee. Drivers and guides may refuse boarding to anyone whose behaviour endangers or seriously disturbs other passengers. Smoking and alcohol are not permitted on board.

8. Children and accessibility

Minors must travel with a responsible adult. Tell us in advance if you need step-free access, a specific seat or medical assistance so we can confirm whether we can accommodate it on that vehicle.

9. Insurance and liability

We recommend personal travel and medical insurance. FS Tourist is liable for the services it provides directly and is not responsible for loss or delay caused by events outside our control, or for personal belongings left unattended.
