Who we are

FS Tourist is a travel agency based in Albania, operating guided tours and excursion lines. This page is maintained by FS Tourist and describes our own data practices. For any question about it, write to info@fstourist.al.

What we collect

• Reservation details — your name, email address, phone number, number of seats, pickup point and any notes you add to the request.
• Contact messages — the name, email and message you send through the contact form.
• Essential technical data — the cookie that stores your cookie-notice choice, and standard server logs needed to keep the site running securely.

We do not take card details on this website. Reservations are requests: payment is arranged directly with our staff, in the office, at the terminal or on board.

Why we use it

• To confirm, organise and operate the tour or journey you asked for.
• To contact you about changes to a departure, meeting point or availability.
• To answer the questions you send us.
• To meet the record-keeping obligations that apply to travel operators.

We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising or profiling. We only send marketing messages if you explicitly ask us to.

Who can see it

Access is limited to FS Tourist staff who handle reservations. Data is stored in our managed cloud database with access rules that keep customer records private to the agency. We share details with a partner operator, hotel or carrier only when it is necessary to deliver the service you booked, and with authorities when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Reservation records are kept for as long as needed to run the trip and to satisfy accounting and legal retention rules. Contact-form messages are kept until the request is resolved and then archived or deleted.

Your rights

You can ask us to show you the data we hold about you, correct it, or delete it where we are not required to keep it. Send the request from the email address used for the booking to info@fstourist.al and we will reply within 30 days.

Cookies

This site uses only essential storage: a single entry that remembers you dismissed the cookie notice. We do not run advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

Changes

If we change how we handle personal data we will update this page and the date above. See also our terms & conditions.
